All of you might have know the news about 4daily.com, 4dailypro.com and stormpay.com. Even with the investigation going on, 4daily.com since to try its best to find a way out.
Due to the frozen investment in Stormpay, most of the HYIP programs is not able to survive through. Realising the golden opportunity, 4daily took a step ahead and lauch another program, WebAdCash. Apparently, this new program has totally different concept from the previous one. One thing which they are good with, hunt the existing users(i know because i'm an existing user).
This is an excerpt from the email sent:

4Daily.com has still not been contacted by any "investigators" or anyone else about our business plan. StormPay's actions, plus the grossly misleading media coverage given to the events surrounding 12DailyPro.com and StormPay.com, indicate to us
that sites like 12DailyPro.com, 4Daily.com and the many others using similar programs, can no longer succeed.

This new program is focused on paid advertising and offers to share its profits with members by way of random cash bonuses. When you buy Ad Credit Packs ($10 each), you will be eligible to claim cash bonuses while surfing.
The concept is that every member will receive good value advertising.
