Which Search Engine following web standards....

Molly discovered that MSN is the only search engine currently using web standards. The search engines include Altavista, AOL, EXCITE, Google, Hotbot, Lycos, Yahoo, and MSN. It's surprising that only MSN follows the web standards. Scrivs from 9rules.com, made a layout of Google search engine's main page following the web standards specification. It can be viewed here. It has been known that, by using web standard, the bandwidth size would be much higher, but, the website is much more mantainable.
