Error Type: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)

Stumbled on this problem while compiling my webpages in vb.net. Found a solution from TSN website. A great source for solution toward various types of error. Solution for my error was to upgrade my .Net framework to 1.1, which is upgradable here.
