Problems with Google Cache

I had this layout changed few weeks ago. I do some search on Google cache for some of the keywords of my latest post, Google cache the page and listed down few matching site(included this blog). But then, when i tried to visit that page, it shows the previous page, or even worst, the old layout. But the date shown, the site cached was after i have changed my layout. It's abit weird. Strange.

I went and dig for people with the same problem with me on Google, found this post on digitalpoint forum. Phews~! I thought this blog is on blacklist. Tho the post is already posted last month, i'm relieve as it's not only me who experience this strange incident.
