Failed to access IIS metabase

Faced an error when trying to install a web application on a PC running Win XP:

Source Error:

To solve it, I ran the command below:

C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727>aspnet_regiis -i

And the problem fixed!
