.NET 2.0 backward compatibility

I was thinking of migrating my codes to .net 2.0 from framework 1.1. But then, the compability issue stopped me. I was worry about the coding structures and searched for the changes and other relevant issue that need to be considered to migrate/enhance .NET 1.1 to 2.0 and I found this site which list all the considerations that need to be noted down and version changes of various language(VB,C++..). It's a great site that provides you with enough info with guidance to upgrade your framework.
