iRennaisance: Gembase Up and Running

I manage to get iren 5.9 up and running on my laptop. I was facing alot of problems when trying to get it going. There are many errors occured, and some of it are "invalid login", "unable to invoke database" or "licence expired". It was such a great relieve when the server is able to run smoothly. I have been facing different types of problem and cracking my head, banging my laptop to try to solve it. But to no avail.

At last, i seek for my director help. He solved it in an hour. I went "WOW". He's my idol. I regret for wasting so much time, when what i need is to seek for help. But one good thing about it, i learn something new. I know how to solve it now. I know how to get the system up and running. It's a great experience.

Now with the system installed, i can do more practice and improve my command of language. Tho many of my seniors say Gembase is very easy, but I still face quite alot of difficulty and problems when trying to develop a program. It's indeed a simple language, but the flow of it, sometime, just don't get it.

That's all for now. I'm going to start a forum for GEMBASE. It's not an official forum by the authoritive. I'm starting one for gembase programmers to disscuss and share their experience there. I tried to find through the net but couldn't find one. I guess it's time for someone to start it. Do email me if you're a Gembase programmer. I need members and staff.
