Work overload? or lacking of human resource?

This is something interesting. Thought of sharing this for both, employee and employers..

It is the people that get you down

OVER A THIRD of IT workers say that they are looking for a new job this year.
The survey conducted for CareerBuilder.com, found that IT workers are fed up with unmanageable workloads, low pay and a lack of effective leadership from those on high.

More than 60 per cent said that they had seen their workload increase over the last six months and nearly half said this jump was unmanageable.

Over 30 per cent claimed that their home life was suffering. Some couldn’t remember if they ever had a partner, and others couldn’t remember if they had a home or a life.

The root cause of the problems appear to be the brain dead leaders of the organisations that run the company. More than a quarter blamed their idiot boss who was their immediate supervisor who didn’t know anything about management and would not know the difference between a Linux box and a cardboard box of fluffy ducklings.
